Dj/Producer Elan Vytal is a NYC based musician who began his musical career in 1995 in Oakland, CA with the group Rizing Sun Productions. Before becoming a seasoned producer, engineer, and DJ, he attended School of Audio Engineering in New York and began spinning at clubs and high-end social events, including exclusive parties for Diesel, Gansvoort Hotel South Beach, Ashton Kutcher, and Sean 'Diddy' Combs . Since 2004, Elan Vytal has played Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Jazz Centre (Rose Theater),Exploratorium SF, Melbounre Arts Festival '06,Adelaide Festival of the Arts '08, and Sydney Opera House while collaborating extensively with DBR (Daniel Bernard Roumain), developing unique, amplified, hip-hop-inspired soundscapes, touring nationally with Sonata for Violin and Turntables. Hailed by the LA Times, he has designed sound installations for the Studio Museum of Harlem (Pro Dreams).  Elan Vytal has recently released 'The Prospect Bear' an inspirational  and educational children’s show about following your dreams. His first single off the ep  'Feeling Like'  features. Unconscious Logic. Elan just finished shooting the video for "Feelin' Like" which is being featured by Ali Saheed Muhammad and Sirius radio as well as Majorwho.com. Elan Vytal is currently working with violinist Matt Szemela forming the Group 'LB.' (Pound) which is a collaboration of styles and genres with an progressive edge.
